LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Smart Suites Loyalty Program! By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Eligibility and Enrollment

1.1 The Smart Suites Loyalty Program ("Program") is open to all individuals aged 18 and over.

1.2 Enrollment in the Program is free and can be done through our website.

1.3 By enrolling in the Program, you agree to receive communications from Smart Suites regarding your membership and benefits.

2. Membership Tiers and Benefits

2.1 The Program consists of four membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

2.2 Membership benefits are as follows:

  • Bronze: 4% off on all direct website bookings.
  • Silver: 6% off on all direct website bookings after 10 stays in a financial year.
  • Gold: 8% off on all direct website bookings after 25 stays in a financial year.
  • Platinum: 10% off on all direct website bookings after 50 stays in a financial year.

2.3 Stays are cumulative during any given financial year and count towards tier upgrades. Once you reach the required number of stays for a tier, the benefits of that tier will be applied to your future bookings.

2.4 To receive the discount, bookings must be made directly through the Smart Suites website.

3. Earning and Using Discounts

3.1 Discounts apply only to the room rate and do not include taxes, fees, or additional services.

3.2 Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.

3.3 The discount will be automatically applied to your booking at checkout.

4. Tier Maintenance and Downgrades

4.1 Membership tiers are reviewed at the end of each financial year.

4.2 To maintain Silver status, you must complete 10 stays within the financial year.

4.3 To maintain Gold status, you must complete 25 stays within the financial year.

4.4 To maintain Platinum status, you must complete 50 stays within the financial year.

4.5 If you do not meet the required stays for your current tier within the financial year, you will be downgraded to the appropriate tier based on your total stays for the year.

5. General Terms

5.1 Smart Suites reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

5.2 In case of any dispute regarding membership, benefits, or these terms and conditions, the decision of Smart Suites will be final and binding.

5.3 Smart Suites is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may affect your ability to enroll in the Program or use your benefits.

6. Privacy

6.1 By enrolling in the Program, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.2 We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
